The following terms and conditions apply to booking for the all seasons Phillip Island Resort

Accommodation Rates

Rates as quoted are subject to availability, minimum night stays and black out periods. Rates quoted are per room per night on a room only basis, unless specified. All rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in AUD. Rates may increase without notice due to any changes in or the imposition of government charges taxes or levies. Rates include full use of all, run of house facilities. All rooms are non-smoking. Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit.

The property may alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings, and advise by return letter, the terms and conditions that will apply.

Payment of reservation

We accept all major credit cards. On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation amount will be required. All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in this reservation, at the rate specified. To confirm reservations a deposit equal to 25% off the total accommodation value is required at the time of booking.

During Peak Periods payment in full is required 30 days prior to your stay. In order to confirm your accommodation payment in full must be made 30 days prior to your stay. Payment may be made by credit card, cheque or money order.

Check In / Check out

Check in time is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Additional charges apply to guarantee early arrival and late departure. Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign a standard All Seasons registration form, and accept the terms and conditions therein of his/her stay. If paying in Cash, a room security bond will be required upon arrival plus a copy of photo ID will be taken.

Children Policy

Infants' 0-2 years of age utilizing existing bedding are free of charge, cots are charged at $25.00 per stay or part there of. A maximum of two children under 12 years can share one room.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of any cancellation of, or amendment to a reservation, must be provided in writing. Charges will apply for no shows. Charges will apply if notice is given less than 48 hours prior to check in. Any amendments / cancellations to Hotel packages will not be refunded after check in.

A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, it is deemed by 6.00pm of that day. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on the confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit. This guarantee policy may not apply to certain seasonal periods or group bookings. Please refer to the guarantee/cancellation policy specified in your booking confirmation.

During high season if notice is given 30 days prior to check in no cancellation fee will apply. Charges will apply if notice is given less than 30 days prior to check in

Over Booking

The all seasons Phillip Island Resort reserves the right to over book which may result in relocation to another Hotel. In this event The Resort will attempt to secure accommodation of at least an equal or greater standard.

Trading Terms

If payment terms are not met the All Seasons Eco Resort Phillip Island reserves the right to release all room space.

Force Majeure

The all seasons Phillip Island Resort will not be in breach of this agreement or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, Act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strikes, lockouts or any other cause not reasonably within the control of The Resort.

Liability

The all seasons Phillip Island Resort will not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever
